Robert Was saved in 1982 at a time when salvation swept through his whole family. He joined Beaches Chapel in Jacksonville Beach, FL in 1986 where he and his family still attend.

Robert began teaching Bible studies at his church in the early 90s and then served with Chaplain John Dawson teaching in nursing homes for several years. Ordained in 1998, Robert and his family moved to the Dominican Republic as missionaries where they took over the pastorate of a church and grew a medical clinic from 1 part-time doctor to 6 full-time doctors and 43 employees providing access to health care to a low income community of 15,000.

In 2002 the Hartzells moved back to Florida. Having already joined Shiloh Place Ministries as team members a couple years earlier, Robert began traveling extensively with Jack Frost to almost 40 different conferences where Jack mentored him in ministry etiquette, speaking ministry and most of all the message of the Father’s love. Robert has since held conferences in 59 different cities in the US and around the world including 23 different countries. Robert does conferences in English and Spanish, and has taught in many different denominations as well as Messianic synagogues.

Robert has a bachelor’s of Biblical Studies and a master’s in Christian Counseling from Logos University. He is also certified in the Elijah House Basic and Advanced Prayer Ministry schools as well as Theophostic Prayer Ministry.

Cyndi is an ordained minister, gifted speaker and a dynamic worship leader. Cyndi accepted Christ as her Savior when she was ten years old through the Christian school she attended. After college she joined Beaches Chapel in 1986. In 1989 she married Robert and they have a 17 year old son Darren who loves to play soccer and snowboard. Cyndi has been involved with the worship team at her church since 1986 and led worship in the church she pastored with Robert in the Dominican Republic. One of her more gifted areas is in soaking music. 

Cyndi was valedictorian of her high school and graduated with honors with a Music Theory/Composition degree from Jacksonville University.
