		<description>Thanks for a great article.  I grew up hearing &quot;you can never be too rich or too thin&quot; (which seemed to be unachieveable goals for me).  You spoke of being empowered and as I move closer to God, trusting Him more and more, I am more comfortable in my own skin. I don&#039;t worry at all about what others think.  That&#039;s their problem because I am secure in God&#039;s love.</description>
