I struggle with fears and God has been impressing upon me that quietness and confidence is my strenght. In that quietness is where my heart is encouraged by the Lord and my strength increases. I used to think that the instruction of quietness was just in not defending myself, God will be my defense. But know I also see that quietness is where I hear God speak.
